East Kent urgent treatment centre review – public engagement on patient experience

NHS Kent and Medway are running a survey to help improve urgent care services in east Kent, and your feedback is important! 🚑💙

Urgent Treatment Centres (UTCs) provide care closer to home and help reduce demand on emergency departments. There are nine UTCs in east Kent, located at:

📍 William Harvey Hospital, Ashford
📍 Queen Elizabeth the Queen Mother Hospital, Margate
📍 Kent and Canterbury Hospital, Canterbury
📍 Buckland Hospital, Dover
📍 Royal Victoria Hospital, Folkestone
📍 Victoria Memorial Hospital, Deal
📍 Queen Victoria Hospital, Herne Bay
📍 Faversham Medical Practice, Faversham
📍 Estuary View Medical Centre, Whitstable

NHS Kent and Medway want to hear about your experiences using UTCs to ensure patients have access to the right services, in the right place.

👉 Take part in their survey and share your feedback! There’s also an information board where you can leave comments. NHS representatives will be visiting UTCs and community groups to gather input in person.

🗓 Deadline: Monday, 17 March at 9am
