Fencing in of ER28

ER28 – Foot path running between The Droveway and towards the Football field (in blue – on map below)

It has been bought to the attention of the Parish Council that ER28 is being fenced in. Posts are already erected, fences have not yet been installed, The field to the South side has been bought privately and we believe will be used for horses. This is proper.

Unfortunately it seams that the remaining thoroughfare will be very narrow and it appears that the new posts and therefore the fences will be obstructing the current right of way. ie the new fence polls have been inserted on the headland where the path used to traverse.  The Parish Council requested that Pubic Rights Of Way make a site visit and they did so on Wednesday 29th January. PROW are now in communication with the landowner.
