Contacting Kent Police
For non-urgent issues report on-line with https://www.kent.police.uk/ and use the “Report” tab. Alternatively ring 101
There is a live chat option here from the webpage – bottom right of the screen in blue – and manned by an officer rather than a Chat-bot. we have been reliably informed that the online reporting tool is more effective than the 101 number.
The community support unit email is csu.dover@kent.police.uk but the webpage reporting tool is the best bet!
In an emergency, if crime is in progress or life is in danger, call 999
If deaf or speech impaired, text “police” and your message to 60066.
