Public speaking on planning applications

The Parish Council is to trial a proposal to allow the public to speak in relation to planning applications being considered.  This would entail allowing only one person to speak for and one against any application.  This would be limited to two minutes per speaker and would take place in the time set aside at the beginning of monthly Parish Council meetings.  Anyone wishing to speak is asked to contact the Parish Clerk beforehand.
