Registration of Births

Birth registrations will be taking place from 17 June 2020.

Due to the coronavirus lockdown, there is a backlog of registrations that need to happen. As a result of this, KCC are opening as many appointments as safely as possible in chosen locations.

KCC will be contacting and rebooking those who had to cancel their appointments at the start of lockdown.

Please note that the legal requirement to register your baby within 42 days has been relaxed.
