Upper Road (National Trust Visitor Centre End )

Highways are not following their own notices and it has caught us and the National Trust out. The roadworks on Upper road were not due to start until this afternoon and were meant to have stop/go signs. Now the road is closed until tomorrow. We will be following up.

Your Parish Council are trying to liaise with Highways to ensure they don’t cut the village off completely. We are NOT impressed.
