East Kent urgent treatment centre review โ€“ public engagement on patient experience

NHS Kent and Medway are running a survey to help improve urgent care services in east Kent, and your feedback is important! ๐Ÿš‘๐Ÿ’™

Urgent Treatment Centres (UTCs) provide care closer to home and help reduce demand on emergency departments. There are nine UTCs in east Kent, located at:

๐Ÿ“ William Harvey Hospital, Ashford
๐Ÿ“ Queen Elizabeth the Queen Mother Hospital, Margate
๐Ÿ“ Kent and Canterbury Hospital, Canterbury
๐Ÿ“ Buckland Hospital, Dover
๐Ÿ“ Royal Victoria Hospital, Folkestone
๐Ÿ“ Victoria Memorial Hospital, Deal
๐Ÿ“ Queen Victoria Hospital, Herne Bay
๐Ÿ“ Faversham Medical Practice, Faversham
๐Ÿ“ Estuary View Medical Centre, Whitstable

NHS Kent and Medway want to hear about your experiences using UTCs to ensure patients have access to the right services, in the right place.

๐Ÿ‘‰ Take part in their survey and share your feedback! Thereโ€™s also an information board where you can leave comments. NHS representatives will be visiting UTCs and community groups to gather input in person.

๐Ÿ—“ Deadline: Monday, 17 March at 9am
