Notice of extension of an Order temporarily closing Public Footpath ER37 in the Parish of St Margaret’s at Cliffe

The Secretary of State for Transport has directed that the Order made by Kent County Council on the 21 June 2021, and subsequently extended until 26 December 2025, the effect of which was to prohibit all traffic from Public Footpath ER37 has been extended for a further 6 months, until the 21 June 2026 or until the completion of the works, whichever is the earlier The path is closed between Bay Hill and the Promenade. The alternative route is via Public Footpath ER38 and the England Coast Path and will be signed for the duration of the closure.
