Meetings starts at 7 pm and public questions are invited from 6:45. The public are requested not to participate during the actual meeting but are welcome to observe.

There is the possibility of participants or public joining our meeting virtually but this needs to be pre-arranged. Please email our clerk

We normally meet on the second Monday of the Month (excluding August)   On occasions this has to be rearranged.
